School Districts

Working with school districts is one of our specialties. Over the last six years almost half our business has been with various school districts. Some of these jobs we have done directly for the district and while others have been through another general contractor.

We have learned that no matter what the construction operation, keeping the district facility safe and fully operational is the primary goal. The safety of the students and staff always takes precedence when planning the constrution activities.

Badging

Before we begin work at the jobsite we evaluate our personnel to ensure we are not putting anyone who has a criminal record or who is on drugs on site. Each new employee goes through a background examination and drug test as a part of our hiring process. Upon satisfactory completion of the background and drug tests a badge with a photo is issued to the employee. This badge is good for one year and the employee must pass an annual background and drug test to renew their badge.

Site Conditioning

Once we are onsite we work to contain all our activities in as confined a space as possible. All our equipment is fenced off or surrounded in caution tape. As we work we clean up our debris to ensure it does not get into a common area where students or staff could occupy. We take every action to completely separate our construction project from campus activities.
